Commercial Rental Assessments and Determinations
With more than 15 years’ experience in commercial property valuation, I provide independent market rent and lease valuations for clients across Greater Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. I specialise in rental assessments and determinations associated with lease renewals, reviews and dispute matters.
I undertake market rent valuations for a broad range of property types, including office, industrial, retail and medical tenancies, assisting landlords, tenants and professional advisers to approach lease negotiations with clarity and confidence.
I am a Queensland Registered Valuer, an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API), and a Specialist Retail Valuer approved by the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland under the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994 (Qld). This accreditation permits me to carry out Retail Rental Determinations throughout Queensland as part of lease renewal and dispute processes.
My valuation reports are carefully considered, evidence-based and prepared with reference to the specific terms of each lease. Reports are suitable for use in commercial negotiations, market rent reviews, expert determinations and, where required, legal proceedings.
